with less than a year to launch, cia mooney selected three creative women to help reclaim and grow the company's core market in highly tailored lounge furniture and wood tables. noted architects, alison spear and laurinda spear, joined hok's pamela light to design the 3 women collection.
the result was a launch event that was the talk of neocon, a stack of coveted design awards and margin-rich products that continue to fuel steelcase coffers.
