concept: a quick study concept for a folding digital map.

the mapper concept consists of a single digital screen that folds, similar to old paper maps. as the glass for digital screens becomes thinner, folding is increasingly possible. The screen is divided into four sections, allowing a full-bleed view of an area or a zoomed-in view of any quadrant. the map would support text and handwriting features to show site-specific facts and points of interest. mapper fits into a protective pouch for travel. it is rechargeable.
